Naval Militia Change of Command Held

Major General Joseph Taluto, the Adjutant General, hands the colors of the New York Naval Militia to Naval Militia Commander Major General Robert Wolf, while Naval Militia Command Master Chief Robert Clark looks on, during Change of Command Ceremonies held Feb. 15 at the State University of New York Maritime College in New York City. New York State Deputy Secretary for Public Safety Michael Balboni (rear) was also present.

The New York Naval Militia is one of four components of New York?s Military Forces along with the New York Army and Air National Guard and the all-volunteer New York Guard, New York's State Defence Force.
