Rainbow Band Plays the Capitol

ALBANY, N.Y. -- New York Army National Guard Chief Warrant Officer Mark Kimes leads musicians of the 42nd Infantry Division Band percussion section perform at West Capitol Park at the New York State Capitol July 18. The Soldiers are performing at public venues across New York State as part of their annual training this summer. The 42nd Infantry Division Band is the musical ambassador for the 42nd Infantry Division, New York Army National Guard. The band’s base of operations is Camp Smith, Cortlandt Manor, NY.
