108th Attack Squadron Reactivated in Syracuse

SYRACUSE-- Members of the newly formed 108th Attack Squadron during a ceremony marking the Squadron's reactivation on Oct. 5, 2014 at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base. the 108th Attack Squadron will conduct the MQ-9 training activities-- instructing pilots, sensor operators and mechanics-- which were formerly one of the responsibilities of the 138th Attack Squadron. This change frees the 138th Attack Squadron to focus on operational missions. The 108th was an Air Control Squadron when it was inactivated in 1994.
