Christmas Eve Roadmarch remembers WWI service

New York Army National Guard Soldiers, family and community members march through Glens Fall, N.Y., Dec. 24, 2017. Soldiers and families of service members participated in retired Sgt. First Class Arthur Coons 14th annual Christmas Eve Road March to honor men and women currently deployed, who cannot celebrate the holidays with their families. The 2017 event was dedicated to the Soldiers of the New York Army National Guard's 42nd Infantry Division as they commemorate the unit's arrival in France for service in WWI back in 1917. (N.Y.
