NEWBURGH-- Members of the 105th Base Defense Squadron (BDS) and New York Guard assemble shipping containers as they begin construction of a Military Operations on Urban Terrain (MOUT) training environment at Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh N.Y. on Dec. 7 2019. MOUT facilities replicate urban environments military units find themselves in when they deploy in support of Overseas Contingency Operations.
